We’ve developed a state-of -the-art, cloud-based communications platform that connects people through voice and video calls. Combined with a range of Internet plans, call plans, phones and other proprietary applications we can deliver everything that’s required for seamless communications in the office and at home.

We have recently entered into an agreement with an ASX listed digital services company to acquire their NBN Internet and telephony services SME customer base. The acquisition will deliver immediate profitability and act as a springboard for the company to commercialise its software applications, commence marketing activities and generate new sales.

The Company is inviting applications from selected investors to raise a minimum of $1,200,000 and up to $1,500,000 by issuing a minimum of 1,500,000 and up to 1,875,000 fully paid Ordinary Shares at $0.80 per share.
