Mayflower Finance Company is building a specialty finance consolidation platform designed to capitalize on a structural reset in non-bank lending.

As higher rates and tighter credit have exposed over-levered lending platforms, Mayflower is pursuing a buy-and-build strategy to acquire, recapitalize and scale stranded specialty finance assets across dealer-based, employer-based and embedded finance channels. Launching with cornerstone asset DigniFi – an embedded lender serving the automotive repair ecosystem – the platform combines existing credit infrastructure, diversified acquisition opportunities, and institutional sponsorship to build what management believes can become a scaled multi-channel lending franchise.
