Awnestee Inc (AI) was formed as a “Business as a Service” enterprise that licences and manages intellectual property from owners of unique and proprietary products who pay us a royalty for successfully, safely and securely building and running their entire global operations. In June of 2023 AI negotiated a major Exclusive Commercial License Agreement (ECLA) to distribute and manage a unique and proprietary portfolio of IP known as Full Color® Cards & the Full Color® Gaming System (collectively “FCG IP”) which utilise the first new deck of cards in over 600 years to create an entirely new class of card and casino games. AI will utilise this unique FCG IP to create dozens of online and physical games to disrupt the $600B+ Casino Gaming marketplace with more-fun-to-play proprietary real money and social games that only AI can distribute. The Company believes it can capture 10% – 25% of the existing market.
